No.....the batteries have been about 80% charged before they were sent to you.
Vape away on one, and put the other on the charger until fully charged. Happy vaping!
Not needed. Put one battery on the charger to top it off if it doesn't immediately turn green (fully charged), and use the other one for the time being.
When the battery is discharged to the point that it needs charging, there's circuitry to protect it -- the LED will flash multiple times and the battery will stop working for vaping.
I put the 2nd battery on there and the little light was green right away. Should I take it off of there or leave it for 8 hours? And the first battery, when it runs out should I charge for 8 hours the first time?
These batteries are not the kind of batteries that develop a "memory", you can charge them whenever you want, for however long you want, and not have to wait for them to be fully charged if you want to use it right away.
