It could be enroute to you. There are a number of times I have ordered from a site (ecigs & other items) where the order status says "processing" and it is my hands.

OP I think you are way overreacting. You do know that 10-20 days it not an unusual shipping time from China.......................

Welcome to the forum, pull up a few pixels and sit for a spell.

I agree that it is too early, even for USA shipping inside the USA. Shipping and mail delivery is sort-of a blind fast-food market. On occasion, things get tumbled, delayed, or purposely detained. (Import issues as you are ordering illegal items that have been banned from import. Not illegal like marijuana, but illegal for purchase as the specified purpose is advertised. You would not be arrested for buying it, but they are attempting to stop any purchases.)

20 days is the point break. If it is detained, you should know by that time. If it was tumbled off a roller rack, you would know by that time. If it was damaged, lost, stolen, etc... you would know by that time.

Sounds like you got a generic reply which they give anyone who calls before a package is possibly delivered. Ebay won't even answer your email if it has not been 30 days past delivery expectation.

It was insured, so don't stress over it. Just remember this when you need to order refills. Order the juices now, so you will have them before the end of the month. Now is also a good time to look into a closer dealer. Time is money, obviously as you stated, so paying more for faster local delivery is worth the value of the few dollars you will save for waiting so long.

Also note... If you are buying ONE item from a wholesale dealer... don't expect speedy delivery or super customer service. You are buying a sample. If you were a real customer, you would be buying hundreds of items, not ONE. (That just makes you frugal.)

Why did you order from overseas to begin with? Think about it. If you order something from another country, you have to deal with processing at that supplier. You then have to wait for shipping within the country of origin. Next you have to wait for overseas shipping and U.S. customs. Then you have to wait for shipping within the U.S.

I placed an order with Walmart, and it isn't scheduled to arrive until six days after I placed the order at the earliest. And that's a domestic order.

If you order from someone in the U.S., they have the item in stock. They've already waited for the processing and shipping in China and the overseas shipping. You're talking then about waiting for U.S. mail, which can take a few days, as we all know. But at least it is in the U.S., and most of the time, you're provided with a tracking number.

That said, I ordered my first kit from e-SmokeyTreats. I ordered it on Friday afternoon, and it was waiting inside my screen door when I got home from work Monday night. I was amazed. I thought it would take at least a week.

Order from a domestic supplier if you want fast delivery. It might cost a little more, but you get what you pay for. What you save in bucks ordering from China, you pay in time. It's a trade-off. Decide which is important to you, and make decisions based on that. But don't expect to get the advantages of both.

There are plenty of people that are happy purchasing from China. Its a couple of days extra and we get to save quite a bit. If you do your research prior, you'll find yourself a reputable supplier with incredible service.

The products are identical to those who charge 50% to 200% extra locally. Of course, there are those who are more honest in their pricing.

I agree that it is a trade off. Different people look for different values/ attributes in a product/ supplier.

Would you be willing to name one or two reputable Chinese suppliers? Thanks!

1) Heaven's Gift Ruyan Direct, his name is Wayne and he is straight up and very fair, His pricing is constant, his communications are very very good and his product is always reliable, If you pay the $12.00 to $20.00 depending on what you purchased it will be in the states with 8 days
I have ordered over 8 times since Feb, and each and ever time, I had my package within 8 to 10 days. The one time I used normal airmail, it did take 14 days

2) Deal Extreme, each and every member probably has bought from or will at one time, buy from DE. They are always solid in product and del.

3) Bestecig
4) Vaporello.com

THEY DO EXIST

My personal experience with absolutelyecigs.com has been excellent and they remain my favourite and most recommended supplier.

Other suppliers that has received good feedback in the forums are such as bestecig and david yang. Do your own research before purchasing as they each specialise in different models of ecigs and provide different shipping prices.

I have ordered from them many times, and although the shipping is by snail, they are (to Me, that is) very credible, and it is just the mail that is very slow, expect a 12-14 day delivery time. Their pricing is outstanding, worth the wait I say.

I must say I've dealt with overseas shipping A LOT, and this is not unusual at all. Patience, friend....I also must say it is really jumping the gun a little bit to chop them off everyone's list from your first ordering experience with them. Very unfair.

It seems strange that the OP obviously joined the forum simply to post the rant about the Chinese supplier (on April 17th), and never returned with a follow-up (May 20th, as I write this). OP's number is posts is still '1'.

Anyway, I second the great job done by Heaven's Gifts. Two orders so far have been flawlessly executed.

Are those the ones you get from the kiosks at airports or malls?
I heard those are terrible quality and a waste of money.
E-cigarettes are great and those just give it a bad name

Heavens Gifts is Ruyan Direct from China. A reputable company.

seeing how this site is being hated on by OP, is there a way we can get some information on the quality of the product? They seem to have eliquid for 5.67 (30ml) but i dontk now what to do in the case of long delivery time, shipping, customer service, etc...

I can speak to their products, I have bought many cig kits, batteries, MANY atomizers, and found them all the be the very same quality as any stateside retailer...more than likely the very SAME product.
I buy all the consumables I can from them when I have the time to do so, shipping is slower. Please don't let one slocum put you off of a very valuable and so far upstanding supplier. The purpose of a forum has been fulfilled here, the ying and yang. Make up your own mind!!
As far as customer service, I would say they are dedicated people doing a good job..have never had any need to correct any order.

That's really odd... Someone posts once just to complain about what they "think" is some sort of crime because they did not get an order the day after they purchsed it all the way from China *LOL* This sort of thing cracks me up... You'd think that people would have a brain to understand that it takes time to get an order from China if you live on the other side of the world...
