Do Vendors read the New Member Threads?

I understand the need to eliminate SPAM, but this is the first FORUM that I've ever been limited to posting after registering. I had some questions regarding the XL Case form Vapor4Life, but could not respond to the thread.

I like all the info on this FORUM, but the limitations are the pits.

ETA: Suppliers cannot respond in the New Members Forum (forum rules). I'd say PM one of the team members on their subforum, but I don't think you have PM capabilities until a few posts in. I could also recommend sending an email to customer service at V4L - they're good about answering questions!
