Jeez i understand you want to stop spamming but this...i never actually experienced this on a forum (5 post in a 'special' topic before posting else where).


Anyways i've been lurking the forums quite some time now. I actually come from the Netherlands and we do have our own 'big' forum, but i like this one more to be honest.

The reason i've registered, was to post in the MVP thread. I just got one a week ago and wanted to share my experience!

In my next post i'll show my gear if you don't mind

I have 1 'ego battery' of 650 Mah which was my first e-cig thingie. It came with a CE4. Back then i had no idea how things worked, so i used that CE4 for almost 2 months until it tasted all wrong. I actually stopped vaping because of that noobish experiment lol.

I gotta go now, but when i get back, you'll get to hear my exciting vaping story, How i turned back to the lightside of the force and with that the drama and the action, the hate and the love and how i slowly am turning to be a vaping pro (still work in progress there, can't wait for my nemmy to arrive ^^).

Tnx everyone for the fast reply's! And yeah i'll just lurk around the new member forums a bit, this will be my third post anyways

But gonna finish my tale here lol.

So i stopped vaping for about 6 months. Went back to the dark side of analog cigarettes. Mostly because i had now clue how it worked nor did the idea came to me to look it up.

Then two of my best friends suddenly gain interest in vaping (while back then, they hardly cared lol). So we three together started investigating this stuff. I still had that (crappy) 650 mah battery and i heard a lot of people praising the PT2. So yeah, i went for it! Bought a 1100 mah battery with it (EGO style, i needed something newb friendly). But damn...the PT2 seemed to suck balls =/ Leakages and leakages and leakages! By then i said F IT and bought that beautiful Justfog Maxi.

Then i lost my Justfog Maxi... AND my 1100 battery with it (don't ask me how, i literally lost it when i was drunk). Back to 650 with the PT2.

Story part 3:

Around this time, i actually came to understand the PT2. I began to investigate, started to built my own coils and there i found what caused my leakage problem: bad production coils. If i recoiled a good working coil, everything works. If i recoiled a bad production coil (one that leaked, gurgled etc.) it still had its problems! Glad i saved it (caus i knew about recoiling), but i threw away the bad coils. I also found the wonders of COTTON. IF you have a PT2, RECOIL it with COTTON. NOW! Bio cottons of course. It doesn't need to be washed/cooked, if its bio (no bad taste here). With cotton, the flavor AND vape just sky rocketed. I didn't even cared about my Justfog maxi anymore! Around this time i bought the indulgence too.

The indulgence horror

So i bought the indulgence since it was the cheapest VW mod i could buy in NL (25 euro including a 2200 mah imr battery). But i wouldn't even last half a day with it. Bought the 3400 mah battery, still barely a day AND each day the battery got weaker and weaker! Then on a fateful day, the controller head just busted open...with my friends help and tin, i laser-ed it back together.

I called the shop (Hadivape), who has the best service i ever got from any website. They have send me FOR FREE a new controller, which was an upgrade for me (it could go up to 4.2 while the previous one only went up to 3.7 volt). STILL the same problem, eventually the indulgence wouldn't even charge my batteries anymore.

Then came the solution: The intelligence charger v4. Wow that changed the whole game. Suddenly my 2200 battery lasted me a whole day and my 3400 battery almost 2 days! Around i started using HALO liquids and i caught the vape fevor...

So yeah, rebuilding coils, around 1.8 to 2.0 ohm, was going good. But i didnt had an ohm meter (i actually went to a friends house who had a vw mod with an ohm meter installed). I knew if i wanted to go further with this i needed a mod that would have one so i could check for ohms. ENTERING the MVP V2! I was deciding between the SVD, VAMO v5 and the MVP v2, i choose the latter caus it had an inbuild battery and i could still vape even when charging. Even though i had batteries, one was protected meaning it was useless for the other mods. Not long later ( a day or 2) i bought the X8 with it (still waiting for it). Now the waiting game started....

fastforwarding a few weeks, i couldnt stop myself watching vaping videos. The more i watched, the more i learned. Around this time i knew what i had to do to get my gear ready: Get a RBA, Kayfun 3.1 was my choice, and a mech mod, nemesis. The MVP v2 still hadnt arrived though, so i thought ' No bro, just wait, test the MVP out before you go wasting your money!'. This was twriling in my head while another voice said 'You know you want it, you know you NEED IT. Come one, buy it. Buy it. BUY IT' and so i did... I bought the Kayfun but waited out for the nemmy since i thought 'maybe the MVP is all i need'.

Two days left before my MVP v2 would arrive (i knew caus it was landed in my country). And my PT2 broke... the top cap screw was broken. Not the glass, nope but somehow (with liquid inside) when the PT2 fell, the shock went through the glass and took the screw off the top cap =/ I still have no idea how that happened. ENTER the PT2 RBA style.

I actually got that from this forum The 'PT2 fountain', where you only use your base, a coil and place a driptip directly on the coil. DAMN the vape was awesome, it got me acking for my kayfun!

Then my MVP v2 arrived.

W/e about that 5 post shizzle lol.

The MVP was awesome. I used the iClear 30 with it since my PT2 was broken. But then came my dissapointment (besides the iClear30, i much much more prefer PT2 with cotton coils since iClear30 feels/looks so extreme cheap while the MVP feels/looks durable and even 'expensive'):

The battery didn't even last a day. I looked at my counter, around 980. Looked the internet up what other people were experiencing and found out two things:
1. 980 puffs within a day is ALOT it seems lol
2. People seems to differ. Some get 1k + other stick around 800.

Luckely i got a new top cap for my PT2 and im testing how long it will take now. At least...i was. Since The terminator arrived today!

Gotta update my thread here.

Now i got:
A nemesis (clone) -> FRICKING AWESOME
A X8 tank with a carto -> beats my PT2 (which i fixed btw)
A terminator who is sitting collecting dust (can't get it to work without it flooding or giving burned taste in my X8, its a good dripper though)
A KF3.1! -> Great taste, good clouds (around PT2 level) BUT low TH?

I am mostly using the KF. Almost exclusively, until i saw a deal for smoketech (i believe) cartomizers.... 1 euro :O Pre punched, both DC and SC. So i bought a DC 1.25ohm carto and SC 1.5 Carto, and since i've got it in the X8...its all i've been smoking. Well mostly caus i ran out of Boba's Bounty and the Clone and i refuse to let cheap liquid enter my KF lol. Anyways the X8 with cartomizer is great. It beats the PT2 in vaping experience in my opinion. And kills the iClear30 with that. Just which i had my just fog maxi too, that prolly is the best clearomizer out there. Who knows one day...

I need a post #5, and since we're doing stories here... Been lurking the community for a little while. I'm actively seeking a REAL ULTRASONIC atomizer that does NOT use a heating element. I know, stock answer is "no such beast since the early days of eCigs." Also seen the urban legend that heat sterilizes and cold vapor promotes lung infections. Bunk. Heat level never makes it anywhere near to temps capable of sterilization. (121c or 250f)
