What do you do just switch to another for a couple of days? I am kinda not in the mood for Cinnamon now. And that is my BIG bottle. Kinda wishing I had some VR Ky4 (there ry4) or applewood. Or my AIV juices to try....

Yep. That's why I have more then 1 flavor. I switch it up all the time. Right now I got top banana, root beer, minthol, blueberry, and vanilla. Next order I'll get more or the banana, blueberry, and root beer. Then I'll get like 2 or 3 other flavors. Right now I'm looking at butter rum, cheese cake, and Kick-Azz Caramel. I'll also get more of the top banana, root beer, and blueberry.
I haveFire-nice. Best Damn tobacco, Apple butter rum carmel, bubblegum, raspberry bubblegum, Frosty's frozen a--hole, Winter wak-n-vape, Kmax Peanut brittle, peanut butter, cinnabun, blueberry cheesecake, peach, pumpkin pie, black and blue, pizza, and blackberry lemonchello... but none of it sound really appealing to me at the moment.
Yep, I switch it up throughout the day or at least every couple of days to keep my favorites "fresh." Like you, I am missing my VR Applewood, should have gotten a bigger bottle, and the HHV and MOV juices I expected to arrive today wont be here until at least Monday now. 
I always have different flavors to try. Right now im switching between backwoods brew blackberry and applewood but i feel like i want to change it up. Just got a bunch of flavors in the mail. Initial impression of mtbakers thug juice is great! Still awaiting arrival of my Alice in Vapeland order

I like Vermillion River Applewood but whispers in my ear have told me that Mountain Oaks is better...I am gonna give it a taste tomorrow and judge for myself..Vaped some MOV Blue Ridge today and it is yummy....Trying to keep my head up...My AIV order was suppose to be here today Maria...Now Monday it is..
I switch any of half a dozen cartos around daily whenever I tire of a flavor, which takes about 15 seconds ... and I'm back in biz.

Any time I order a big bottle from a new company based on other people's recommendations, I get a "sampler pack" from them too--with flavors I think sound interesting. I've collected a pretty decent selection now after vaping for 3 months, and I never vape on one flavor exclusively throughout the day.
I always have at least two flavors going--one on my big VV/VW mod, and another on a 1100mAh eGo. I have NEVER hit that "flavor wall" that a lot of people talk about, and I think its because I change up flavors all the time. My taste buds are always experiencing something different, so I've never got "taste bud fatigue"...
Most of the time when you find you're not enjoying your favorite flavor, it is BECAUSE it's your favorite flavor and you are vaping it by itself all the time. Switching up flavors over the course of the day will help avoid that, I find...

I've been vaping two juices for 3 months now and I'm kinda getting there. I find myself looking for something else to vape in the late evening after vaping them all day but next morning I go right back to them... so, don't know what the future holds.
I'm constantly switching juices. A lot of times I stick to a certain flavor type (tobacco, fruit, tea) or a certain vendor for a few days, but the variety keeps it exciting for me. I rarely order big bottles, 15 or 30ml is usually enough to when I'm done with that flavor for a bit.

I know what it is. I still taste a fantom Feosty's frozen a--hole every time I hit the fire-n-ice now. I switched to a new atty and everything. But I can still taste it. Man I really don't like that vanilla mint. It make me nauseous. blech yucky ucky. I guess it will take a while for my mind taste to reset. It's like the flavor got into my sinuses. So I am vaping blackberry leomchello again. Which is really nice and nothing like the other flavor so my taste is fine.

I have only one juice for me, I have tried so many but just don't get on with them.
I do however get a bit bored/sick of this one juice, luckily I have just found one more which is not too bad, so going to order some bottles.

i dont so much get sick of my favorites but rather they lose their flavor if i keep vaping them every day. they dont actually lose their flavor but my tastebuds grow accustomed to it so i do not taste it as much, i think thats how it works anyway but im no scientist. so like others said, its a great idea to mix it up, instead of one favorite all the time vape, have 5 or 3, you get the picture.

I only have one juice I like to vape all day (waiting for butterscotch and neutella to steep) and I find the lemon in the lemon meringue pie tends not to be there after a full day of use. When that happens I bust out my dripper and take a crap shoot of the 20 bottles in the desk Lol.
My tastebuds are weird. I can't seem to do one juice for more than a few hrs before flavor is severely muted.
not necessarily sick of my fav, I have so many, lol. But I do understand how the taste does get muted after a few days. So I learned to mix it up during the day. No wonder I carry so much with me, never know what I may feel like having.
That's the fun thing thing about vaping ,roll with many good flavors .
I always got 2-4 with me .
