sorry mate, i bought the last 2 pieces of AW IMR 18650 2000mah from fstoplights yesterday (no shame here). you'll have to wait for them to restock or try other brands.

black tactical at funan has 18650s (some other brand) and some shop on the 2nd floor of simlim beside an adult shop, IIRC from some other thread.
