We ship next day. Sometimes MS Outlook can forget to sync up with our auto responder e-mail but for the most part the numbers go out the morning it ships (it's in the mail around an hour or two before you get the tracking number)... (unless Outlook decides to go wonkey then it's in the mail quite awhile before you get the number.)
Express mails are handled differently and you get those tracking numbers when you check your order on the site (and I think/hope an auto response e-mail as well)
I hope I explained that without too much confusion because even I'm a bit confused now.... then again it's a permanent state of mind for me.
