For me, it's definitely the flavors.
Before settling on FSUSA exclusively, I tried a wide variety of e-liquids from probably 8 or 10 different vendors. They all seemed incapable of making flavors that were consistent from batch to batch, and none of the liquids I got from other vendors were nearly as tasty as the FSUSA flavors that I enjoy.
