Doa xl ego cartos

I ordered a pack of xl ego cartos and 3 of them were doa. Coil didnt heat up at all and i filled them all exactly the same and the 2 that do work work amazing. Not very happy. I had a atty that came with my kit that stopped working shortly after use also. They took care of that though.
