There is a way that it can turn on and off ur main mosfet too...

It was on breaktru.com but the schematic is no longer there unfortunately.. David4500 wired up something similar..

Found it on image search

David 4500 drawing for a charge pump but same principle.. all ya have to do is connect the boards output to the fets gate: vin, ground it and its ready to go .. you will have on/off, battery meter functions too most awesome.. Wow I must do this lol...
You can even put a mini micro switch in and charge it from an ego charger that connects out red to true v out.lol wow..

Gotta ask: Why?

Having on/off, a lit tact switch, a battery meter, and ego charging, is awesome sauce that meter is cuteness and ya never have to worry about over drains cause it will shut ya down at 3.4 ish volts ya cannot beat that with a stick without this post I may have not mentalled this awesome sauced ego mod hackage.:D
Its duh in after thought, 'now why did not think of this before..:?:

I use boost chips without any of this so for me u can keep the puff but its kewl too...

Okay so from what I've gathered from this thread, Visus post mainly, is that I can rip the LCD chip set out of an ego and use it in a mosfet box mod?

EDIT: just pulled apart an ego that had an LCD. I am probably going to make one too now. Shall be awesome.

In sounds pretty awesome like entry level before you use a DNA chip.

ya it gives the modder an on/off(no need for switch for that) and battery protection/monitor its huge awesome for us that use regulators that will fire until 2.7v super overdraining the batts.. Regular mech mods you can tell when your low but still awesome there too..

Mamu had already posted about it, I totally missed her post
