I don't know because they defy my RULES for buying from anybody: There is NO PHONE NUMBER. There is NO ADDRESS.
These are the 2 things that are critical for me before I give anybody my money. Even their FB page has no info!
You might post to it and ask there? It 'is' sort of a holiday week, I would give them a chance to answer starting fresh on Monday. Send the email with Return Receipt / Delivery Status notification or whatever your email client calls it
You may end up having to initiate a charge back with your CC company, that's what I do when people ignore me over defective merchandise. They usually call you pretty quickly once they see that happening.
Ditto, writing a negative review on ECF......(1x in 3 years, although I probably could have written about 3 more, but I am lenient unless they put me
thru major changes) ..the one time i had to do that, the vendor got their .... in gear pretty fast....but they were an ECF vendor, and had their own forum here.
