I'm constantly ordering the latest gadget and I'm vapping WAY more than I need to, does anybody have a suggestion? Should I be wasting my money on *gasp* low nicotine e-juice until i get my equipment in order! The reason I ask this is because in the 2+ years I've been vapping I feel like I know my nic level and flavors BUT the equipment is constantly changing!

This pie chart illustrates why I'm a human steam engine....

IMO, nicotine cravings can change the way you think about what you're doing, and so your want to test new equipment may be a manifestation of rationalization of what you're really doing. Anyway, even if that's not the case, low or no nicotine juice I don't think is a waste, vaping, in addition to help curve nicotine cravings, also serves as a hobby, something you like doing with your time and money, if that's testing new equipment or juice then so be it, unless you haven't had any negative repercussions I don't see why you should slow down or cut back

If you find yourself vaping too much then it definitely could be due to vaping too low. As far as your equipment goes, I don't really get why that would have you vaping more. It's all pretty much the same other than perhaps tweaking the settings so I don't think that is it. Low nic though could definitely be the problem, and if not, you just feel the need to vape too much. However with more nic then perhaps you wouldn't feel the need.

I Agree, As said above vaping is a hobby, I don't believe there is anything unusual about exploring other kit as long as your not using "shopping therapy" to substitue you nic cravings.

I have been tobacco free for 2 years thanks to vapes, I mix my own juice and over time I reduced the nic level down to 8mg however I noticed that I was chain vaping some days 10ml of low nic. I mixed a batch of 18mg and instantly my usage dropped. I fully believed that 8mg was a good level for me, and my dependance on nicotine was falling but on reflection, I believe that I'm still addicted to nicotine. I now enjoy 18mg as I did when I started vaping and the quest for the better kit has calmed back down.

Do you want to cut back? Personally, I vape 6mg nic and even 0nic sometimes because I want to vape constantly. It's not that I need the nic, I just like the taste of vaping, and the action if it. When I want nicotine, like in the morning, I use my 11mg mint carto, then I switch to 6mg so I can continuously vape. I'm vaping because its fun and I can, not for cravings.

I would have done the same with analogs if they weren't so expensive and bad for you. I liked the action if smoking, just not the taste or the way you smelled.

With vaping, I get the best of both. So don't worry, just vape
