Does anyone have a list of countries where ecigs are illegal?

Which countries are they illegal to buy/sell in? and which countries are they totally outlawed (even possessing one is a crime)?

IIRC, I don't think there's anywhere (currently) where the actual possession of an e-cig is a criminal act - after all, it's just a battery and a heating coil. The import, sale, commercialization, marketing or distribution of e-cigs is illegal here in Mexico, for example, but possession and use are OK.

However, there are places where the possession of nicotine without a prescription is a criminal offence. That seems to be the preferred method of Gubbbmint control.
