LOL, I don't know what I was thinking...Maybe it would smell like there was juice in the mailbox if there was an air freshener in there? I think up some weird stuff that obviously makes no practical sense sometimes.

I live out in a rural area, so I use a P.O. box.

It does cost, but my mail is in the box by 10A.M. daily and it is secure.
