Does anyone keep a mod in STOCK

I got my wife a V2 a few months back, and switch problem after switch, well shes not happy. I need to buy a mod 4-6v TODAY and have it ship this week. I cant find a one trusted manf. that keeps one in stock. Impulse buying is a lesson that needs to be taught in the E-cig world. Anyone have ideas???

Only company I have personal experience with is Altsmoke. They had it to my doorstep in 3 days. Any of the companies I listed will definitely be able to get it to you within a week though
