Does anyone know about e cigs and Canadian visitors from the UK?

Hi, I meant to title the thread 'visitors to Canada from the Uk sorry. hope I've got this right and i'm posting this on the Canadian Ecf and not the UK one! I want to come over from the Uk to Vancouver to see my brother but I'm confused as to what's allowed e cig- wise in Canada.
Are e cigs 'allowed' even though 'disapproved' if by the health dept?

Could I bring my ( nicotine ) e cigs over with me or are only non- nicotine e cigs allowed, or are they all banned and I wouldn't even get them past the airport as I'd be bound for Canada?
How easy would it be for my brother to order some for me for when I get there from inside Canada? (... if I survive the 9 hour flight without one, Thanks x

I live in Vancouver and you should have no problems here. If by some rare chance you do incounter a problem just pm me and I can hook you up or at least give you a list of some Canadian vendors who can.
