You can make one easily enough with an old battery charger, and a small digital readout. I don't have a pic of mine handy or I'd put it up.
The problem with most "universal" battery testers is that by "universal" they mean the commonly used 1.5v batteries (AA, AAA, C, D) and 9V square batteries. I have never seen anything that can specifically test non-standard batteries like the 3.7v batteries used in vaping.
That said if you are just interested in a voltage test, then ANY digital multimeter can test this. If you are looking for more in depth testing then I am not sure if anything exists for these batteries.

I use my provari to check battery charges and ohms on coils, but I think a multimeter will also check these things. Do some research in the rba and mods forums and am sure you'll find the information you need. Good luck!

Check out sterno's doohicky. Might not be spring loaded but does the job very well and is small and less hassle than pulling out the multimeter. I am quiet pleased with mine

Saw Field of Vapor use something like that on his webcast. I think it was custom made.
I know I can use a Vamo (I have one) or a multimeter (have one too), but just was hoping someone made a simple little spring loaded gadget like they have for regular 1.5v batts. that's quick and simple to use.
Before you go spending money on that one, it won't deal with flat top batteries and an 18650 is too long to fit.
It's possible that an 18500 or shorter battery with a button top might work but I don't have any to check.
I was actually thinking about this myself. Got the idea from sterno's doohickey which I use everyday. Poked around mad vapes site and didn't find any enclosures that fit the bill.

I bought one of these on e-Bay.
When it arrived, it worked Great but Wouldn't open up far enough to check a 18650 Battery.
So I took it apart, 2 screws, and filed down the Arm so it would open up More.
