Does anyone make a battery tester/checker?

The problem with most "universal" battery testers is that by "universal" they mean the commonly used 1.5v batteries (AA, AAA, C, D) and 9V square batteries. I have never seen anything that can specifically test non-standard batteries like the 3.7v batteries used in vaping.

That said if you are just interested in a voltage test, then ANY digital multimeter can test this. If you are looking for more in depth testing then I am not sure if anything exists for these batteries.

I bought one of these on e-Bay.

When it arrived, it worked Great but Wouldn't open up far enough to check a 18650 Battery.

So I took it apart, 2 screws, and filed down the Arm so it would open up More.
