Does anyone make a mulled or spiced cider? I've come across a few ciders but I'm looking for that hearty fall flavor.

Nature's Flavors makes a apple cider. I have 5 of their flavors and so far I do like them. From the ones I have tried. They are pretty strong. Might want to start out at low percentage and work up from there. - Organic Apple Cider by Nature's Flavors
mount baker Vapor's Cider Fire. MBV's site tells you to let it steep for at least a week and it's good advice!
I order mine with two extra flavor shots, because the throat hit on Cider Fire is more intense with the extra flavoring. I've also had Cider Fire with zero extra flavor shots, and it's still really good, but the throat hit is milder. It's a red apple flavor with (IMHO) the perfect blend of cider spice to it. One of my all day vapes!

Vape Dudes has one, I believe it is called Dude Cider. I've wanted to try it, I like what I've ordered from them so far. It's in their naturals line and is their flavor of the month, if I recall correctly so it's available for a pretty good price. 
Copper Creek used to make an Apple Cider; since all her juice is 60pg/40vg, the flavor is rather muted IMO. Nevertheless, it might scratch that itch for you.
