Does anyone use VG?

Anyone use 100% VG juices on here? almost all mixes I see only have 50% or less VG and the rest is PG

like 80% pg 20% VG ..I use 100% vg but I DIY and use quite a lot of my flavouring to get it to taste good, should I use some PG?

It's preference and yes I've read several do 100% VG. Should you? no one can answer that but you. As you're probably aware VG can subdue the flavor somewhat with less TH but provides more visible vapor which is why I think most get a combination of the two, trying to get the best of both worlds. You can overcome that somewhat since you do DIY by adding extra flavor to your mixes. Do what works for you.

I prefer 100% VG and the "throat hit" associated with PG is irrelevant to me. Everybody has their own preferences. Supposedly VG "dulls" the taste/flavor, but I've not found that to be the case...again, my opinion.

Don't get me wrong; I do enjoy juice with VG/PG....but my preference is all VG

I believe the concept of VG drowning out flavoring is overblown. It has a lower TH, increased vapor production, and adds a slight sweetness to some mixes.

The amount of flavoring you have to add is more a function of the flavor and your taste than it is VG.

I use 10-30% when I mix, but that is what I like. I would never suggest it is the only way to go.

My experience is that VG is smoother and slightly better vapor. PG has a very slight "chemical" taste and is thinner so it wicks better in my carts. 6 to one, half dozen to another IMHO.

Right now I'm have a few bottles of each and choose on flavor and nic content versus anything else. About the only variance on that is I'll probably cut the VG with some PG-based juice on carto fills to get better wicking.

Right, they both exist for a reason. It is like hard and soft beds. There is a right one for you but it might not be the right one for me.

I've tried both and can't tell the difference. I do usually buy VG or a blend.

I have found that PG tends to dry out my throat more and I tend to prefer a much higher percentage of VG. When I've been ordering from TV lately, I get 70% VG/30% PG, which I think is the max Geoff offers. I also like vapor production over throat hit.

Some of the delicacy of the flavor is lost. I'm thinking of adding a flavoring oil, to the VG to compensate for this. Luckily the vendor sells just the straight flavoring. This is the Honey Flue Cured from LiquidXpress. Fortunately I also have both the Cool Rush in PG and VG from them. No difference in taste there.

I started at 50/50 and have gradually (over about 3 months) moved to 100% VG. Love it. Love the vapor over the TH. Like the taste of it much more than PG (chemical tasting to me)....

100% VG. I think it's less drying to my throat.
