I would have guessed higher vg juice to last longer. What's the reason? In short yes, but it's vaporizing not burning.
PG boils at about 360 -380 F. VG around 550 F. Water at 212 F.VG has a higher viscosity and a slightly lower boiling point, I would imagine those are contributing factors.
Yeah sorry, vaporizing....Still getting some of the terminology nailed down since getting off the stinky sticks...In short yes, but it's vaporizing not burning.
You may be right. The general perception I have gleaned from the forum is thatFor me personally it is the opposite, the more VG the slower I go through juice. For example, most of the time I make my own juice and for months I was vaping about 80 VG, 20 PG, however for the past 3 weeks or so I have vaped 90 VG, 10 PG and I noticed my aromamizer tanks go though juice a bit slower with more VG.
Might have to do with the wick you are using though. I strictly use Rayon to wick all my coils. Rayon is very absorbent and may be more efficient going through the thicker juice at a slower rate.
Really? I have a couple bottles of 80/20 and there are places that sell e juice that is 100% VG...I have never seen store bought e-Liquid with over a 60/40 VG/PG ratio. Are you sure you mean 80% PG?
