If within 7 days you are not satisfied with your ProVape device, you can contact us to arrange for a return minus the shipping and handling charges. All returns must be in excellent condition and contain all original product packaging and accessories.
We cannot accept returns on e-
juice, tips, cartomizers, batteries,
tanks, or atomizers. If you purchased a full kit, we cannot accept returns on these extra items. This part of your order will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you are returning an item, please contact us first at
Info@ProVape.com for instructions. Returns without first contacting us will be rejected and shipped back.
When returning goods, please include your full name, address, order number and reason for return. If this information is not included, your return cannot be processed.
Merchandise on Clearance or Special Price at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price. Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
