I'm getting the feeling that the answer is "no". I have looked there before and was not impressed with their selection of stuff. Not that I have done any business with these either (yet), but if your looking for direct-to-china sales, you might check out VaporHawk.com - Cheapest Electronic Cigarettes on the Net and http://www.dhgate.com...and, of course Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail.
Oh yeah, if you go with VaporHawk and want DeKang juice, be sure to use the sellers Zainy or Jacked Vapor as they are the only two that get their juice pre-mixed and bottled from Boge DeKang (the others get the base and flavors from DeKang and mix and bottle it themselves so it may not be the same).
