Does Steeping fresh made liguids improve TH?

I've got some Ahlusion, Highbrow Vapor and Vaperite juices at 24mg raning from 20/80 to 50/50. I am suprised that the TH is somewhat weak. Will steeping improve TH?

I'm haven't used any of those liquids, however, the TH is generally determined by the PG content, nicotine strength and voltage of the device. To my knowledge it has little to do with the flavor. However, some menthols and mints tend to add to TH.
