Does tank/dual coil mega cartos fit on Epower 14650 cone crew or needs an adapter?

Like in the tilte, I notice that they come with a cone and not sure if I should get an 510 to ego adapter or will tank/ dual coil mega cartos fit on it just fine ? Thanks in advance

The e-power has a 510 thread so anything that has a 510 connection should fit. Some cartos are designed to fit the ego cone thread. Those won't work without a special adapter (510 to ego) as the e-power cone is bigger at the bottom.

examples: won't fit: eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer Flat-Tip

without this: 510 Battery to eGo Atomizer Adapter

will fit: e-Power Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer

will fit: 510 XL CLEAROMIZER 2.4-2.6 OHM

I'm not aware of any UK vendors that has them yet, but check over in the UK forum. It depends on one of the vendors figuring they can sell enough of them to add them to inventory, I guess.
