I would like to charge it when im out of the house and cant use it. However, do i need to unplug the battery as soon as its done charging to protect it from getting overcharged or does it automatically not take anymore charge when its full?
Might be a kinda stupid question but i really dont want to burn the battery out :p

It's not a stupid question at all.
Yes, once fully charged it will stop charging. It is designed to not be able to over charge and/or discharge.
But better to be in the habit of not charging when unattended if possible.
edit: where are you leaving it when being charged? Do you put it in some type of protective something or other just in case things don't go well when charging. Like a vented container or even lipo bag. I don't use anything like that myself but I also never leave my charging batteries unattended.
