Does the new ban on bottles over 10ml affect import from outside the EU?

Just wandering where the new law stands on this? Over 10ml is prohibited for sale within the EU but does that cover importing?

Yes that has actually been in effect since November officially, no importing over 10ml sizes which nean these USA juices in 15mls are not allowed since November officially
But some do get through , so its just a risk of seizeure an losing them at customs

No, the law only states you can't sell in size greater than 10ml. You can posses as much as you like. They can't enforce the rules on companies outside the EU. Same goes for tanks, can import so long as you don't intend to sell them.

Tdp , will require all none UK companies to register and become TDP compliant , orders from fasttech an such could be seized , USA juices will still need to be 10ml max sizes and 20mg max (2%)
Regardless of if there uk or not that will be UK laws , the only thing exempt is 0mg juices , there no size limits on that but the more that comes in it could be stopped tested ect , stock up on Nicotine now ,
It will be law 2ml max tank capacity sizes
There will be some get through but eventually they will closes these loop holes
China sites will after stocks keep getting seized stop shipping as they do now with mods with enclosed batteries , they refuse to ship them ,

You can have what ever in your own personal possession , but purchasing an importing to UK will still need to be within the laws , so 0mg is fine ,
