Does this even exist?- A bottom feeding 510 to 510 cartomizer adapter....

I was wondering if there was some place I could buy a 510-510 adapter for my bottom fed box mod that has a needle on it for bottom feeding dual coil cartos? I know that I can just "squonk" but it would be much easier if this type of adapter existed.

Never seen one but not a bad idea. Be pretty easy to mod one up with a feeder tube and some silver solder
