Something this size, you can easily get for around $20 clone. They are called SMPL mods!!!!! SMPL=Simple, mostly because it is just large enough exactly for an 18650 battery, and your tank connects directly to the positive side of the batterywhen inserted. The bottom recessed button fire it by making contact with the negative side of the battery. Less voltage drop because there's no "middle-man" connector from battery-tank, the internet has plenty of cheap clones.

I had seen the smpls online, but didn't realize they were that tiny so never really looked any further than the pics. I like it more now! Thanks for reply. I saw the cnotes in one of my fav B&Ms up close and personal. Not sure why I'm drawn to those smaller mechs. I have a 26650 mech, was my first, that is awesome. I can't wait to try the hybrid connection on my recent mech purchase!

Well the Kbox is a great noob device, it really isn't that heavy when I'm swapping out subtank pluses on it around the house. I sneak at work with my EVOD mega, which I have already placed a Genitank on because it just does better than the stock tank. I get by but shorter on over all length would be sooo much better & it would be nice cherry on top to be able to "power hit" something a little quicker that is not shutting off at 4-5 seconds like the Mega does.

And sure, I am thinking stick with the coils I'm buying for now which are the OCC ones and since I just bought 4 18650 batteries may as well stay on the road also. Having used the EVOD mega which is a great starter device I bought 2 and quickly realized I'm not a huge fan of the built in battery deal.

The video's for the Ego One 1100 on a .5 ohm coil looks good and I did check the CF sub ohm battery. Both look like reasonable choices if I go built in on the battery. The Ego 1100 by far the smallest one in form factor.

If you're happy with the length of the EVOD Mega, the 2200 mah Ego One battery is actually the exact same diameter and measures exactly 20mm shorter (just over 3 quarters of an inch). Put your tank on the Evod Mega and shave 3/4 an inch off, and that's the profile the 2200mah Ego One would have. Shave not quite 2 inches of of the Evod Mega, and that's the profile the 1100mah Ego One has. Nice, handy reference.

Small hands! Like the burger king guy lol. Ahh, me also.

I'm really leaning this way. I'm scoping nano's on Ebay now so I can use Paypal and Fasttech even has a clone for $12 which is soo cheap and they have an ego One 1100 battery for $20 or $24 for the kit. If it just did not take 3 weeks to get here. This is what usually makes me crack and spend over double but support a vendor. If someone would only support my wallet :)

I personally wouldn't use a clone tank. The build quality isn't quite as good. The Kanger tanks are rock solid and you won't regret the little extra money spent. Same goes for the coils. Also look around a bit... the Ego One batteries (the 1100 mah at least, not sure about 2200 mah) are available in several other colors now, if that's your thing. I personally prefer the stainless steel since scratches don't show.

Incidentally, Joyetech just released two more kits in the Ego One line. One is a 16mm 850mah Ego One Mini kit (kind of a lame duck to me; it's actually taller than the 1100mah 19mm kit) and a 22mm 2600mah Ego One Mega kit. I think the 22mm tank is also a lame duck (the Delta II is far superior), but the 2600 mah battery looks nice. Would work great with a Subtank Mini, too. All of the Ego One batteries are available for purchase by themselves, separate from the starter kits.

Ego One. Available in 1100 or 2200 mah capacities, 58 or 85 mm length, respectively. Both are 19mm in diameter. Unregulated, 4.2 volts, cuts out at 3.3 volts. Works great with the Nano... my every day driver.

Thanks for the advice, I bit the bullet and ordered the combo. I got to see how a small pocket mod like this pans out.

Thanks!

QUOTE:Sigelei 30w tube mod is my vote. But I would say get a box mod if you can deal with something a little bigger. Then you get a lot more options and the prices get a little lower.

Thanks! I have a kbox already with subtank plus for car or home, I need something for dress pants that has a little less of an imprint at work.

I'm a big fan of sigelei's stuff. I have the Zmax, 100w+, and 150w. Only mods I'll buy.

I personally have the 1100 mah. I find I need to recharge it once a day. It's not a big deal since it has micro usb passthrough and I'm always near a usb plug, somewhere through the day. The 2200 mah battery is 27mm longer (just over an inch) and isn't quite as pocket friendly, especially with the Nano, which is longer than the Ego One 1.8 ml and 2.5 ml tanks. My setup is just about exactly 120 mm from the base of the battery to the top of the stock Nano drip tip, or about 4.7 inches. With the 2200 mah it would be just a hair under 5.8 inches. That's just a bit too much height for a stealthy-ish vape, imo.

To put things /\/\/\/\ in perspective that is a Kbox (which is not very big) and a Subtank Plus and a 60ML bottle of Nicoticket. The 1100 and the mini chucks great and I have no doubt will be an excellent option for tons of things I can't lug the kbox around for. The 1100 @ .5 ohm "feels" like it is putting off as much as the Kbox @ 40 watts. VERY IMPRESSED.

Thank you Cloudmann, best recommendation I have gotten yet.

No worries. Incidentally, the Kanger OCC 0.5 ohm coils put out about 33 watts on the Ego One (with a fresh battery) as read from an inline meter. Not QUITE the 40 watts (more in the range of 39) you'll get from the K box, but certainly in prime performance territory for these coils.
