Does V4L have a catalog or something like that?

My mom is in a nursing home, and she really needs to quit smoking due to her health. She tried vaping when I was up there yesterday, and she loved it and said she's excited to get her own kit.
Some of the nurses and other residents that have been desperately needing to quit (due to their health, and other reasons) were very very interested in it as well. I explained all about it to them, and a lot of them really want to look more into it.
However, the residents don't exactly have internet access, and they said they trust me with my decision to go with V4L, but they need something on paper to show to their families.

Anyone have any ideas?

I would do a couple of things: First I would e-mail V4L about literature, then I would print out a list with several ECF links, V4L links, and V4L's website. Family members will be interested in educating themselves thoroughly and mostly about health concerns.

Even if V4L had some literature, as you probably know as a newbie the questions are endless as one usually leads to five more.

This way those family members that do have internet access can take a the time necessary to research e-cigs, cruise the ECF links, view the V4L site and feel comfortable about any decisions they might make.

Hope that helps you out
