DOH!! im an idiot and need some help

So ive been waiting "patiently" for my first ever box mod Missys Wetbox and my first order of Tasty Vapor Granny Smith Apple for a little over a week i get home today and am excited out of my mind to find that they both showed up on the same day!! i tear everything open and even though i know i read that the wetbox does not come with batteries at some point in my research i am heart broken to find no go juice in my new toy. i ordered some batts and chargers from china before hand figuring i would need some back ups but they wont be here for 3 to 4 weeks!!

Now my question is are there any retailers out there that carry the 14500 3.7v li-ion that i can go pick one up tomorrow i checked a bunch of places today but they are all one use and not protected

or

Is there some person... some fellow vapor... that feels for my stupidity and would allow me to purchase a batt and/or charger from them anywhere in the Cincy/columbus/Dayton, Ohio Area

Dang, that sucks! I built a little box mod, 5v. Uses 2 10440's (3.7v each), with a limiting circuit. I ordered parts and a li-on charger from madvapes, and batts from china. Needless to say, the parts showed up first... what to do...

Well, the little battery in a 510 usb passthrough is 3.7v, and I've got 2 of those. Short-lived, but they work. Not sure if there's a substitute that would foot the bill... but I'll tell ya: The 10440's coming in were on sale, 2 for 5 bucks. Same battery at RadioShack? 16.95 each. Ouch. No electronics supply stores in your area carry protected batteries? The mod doesn't have a built-in protection circuit?

Oh, and doesn't Marion's Pizza just... rock?

to tell u the truth im still very green with all this batt mod stuff but as far as i know the mod doesn't have a built in protection circuit and the only places i can think of that would sell these kind of batts are hobby shops and we have a store called Battery Plus all of them sound like they have no idea what im talking about or they are unprotected and non-rechargeable

Batteries plus has no idea what these are, I know I have asked.
Sorry, I know it is a let down to have tour box and juice and can not vape.
Clouds of Vapor has the batts you need, and Bruce ships pretty quick.

RatShack and I believe Walmart do sell one time use Li Ions - usually for batt backup of some devices. They look just like regular, rechargeable Li Ions but are not rechargeable and they can run upwards of $10+ but for a one time need, maybe not all that bad.

edit: Some camera shops may have these too.

Check eBay. I buy a lot of my batteries there. If you need them quickly, I would try a local Radio Shack........
