I've always thought that dripping on a hot light bulb would produce usable vapor. It only takes about 200 degrees to vape.

If you run out of juice and need a substitute, go to Walmart and buy a bottle of USP grade vegetable glycerin from the department where the hand lotion is. The trouble there is no nic, but it might psychologically support you just by providing a vapor source.

I vote for gas station ecigs. They are expensive and you'd need a couple of cartos a day at least. When the alternative is going back to the stinkies, cost isn't that bad. Then, there's the alternative of Skoal or Snus. Anything to get a nic hit.

I recently had an unpleasant experience where my luggage was delayed for hours and I made two partially filled stardusts stretch until my luggage showed up by twisting them to get every last drop to wick. I never could have lasted that long with only a couple of cigarettes. It's amazing how much more you can stretch e-juice compared to cigs. I'm glad to hear that, like me, your first thought wasn't to run out and buy a pack of smokes to get you through until you had your gear. And I'm sorry you lost your spring.

The spring keeps your switch from staying closed while it will work with out it, think Id make a trip to the hardware store and get a replacement. Hopefully we dont see DOH thread #3 I did not replace my spring and popped my coil and had to go all day with no vape;-) We all have doh moments glad you sharing yours.

It came with a spare, so I'll put that one in, when I get home...now I'm going on a trip with the kids next week, so you should be expecting dohs 3, 4, and 5 to be coming to an Internet enabled device near you in the not so distant future ;)

I was in the us recently and travelled with at least 6 bottles of juice in my carry on...never even took it out of the bag at X-ray and no one even searched my bag or said anything...they did stop my brother each time because he had a stand for a GPS...one of those suction cup thingies that hold the unit to the windshield...

Yes, I learned my lesson. Now I carry a bottle of juice and put it in the little plastic baggie. You're lucky you didn't get caught. I forgot to take a bottle of perfume out of my purse once and they made me throw it out. I also have been pulled aside and had my bag searched because I carry so much technology and they wanted to see what all the cords were about.

I carried a GPS with me on a trip once and after we landed, while we were all standing waiting to get off the plane, the darn thing turned on and made a bunch of clicking noises. Everyone in my section got all wide-eyed and stared at me until I explained that it was just my GPS.
