word of advice: dont wash all your fillers and all your carts at the same time. i got a nasty taste with every filler/atty combo i can make before i figured out that it was coming form the fact that my carts werent all dry yet.

now im stuck tail piping for the rest of the night

I never let mine dry. I just use a paper towel and squeeze them in it to dry the filler.
The actual plastic carts for my 510 you can just blow through them to remove the moister and stick the paper towel down in the e-liquid area where the filler would go.
On mine you can remove the piece where you put your mouth by using a paper clip and stick it in the hole like a hook and pop it off or bite it at the tip but watch out not to swallow that small piece.
