Hey all;
Sooooo, I was *dying* to get a 510 kit, see what all this *oooooh, 510 ownz and everything else sucks* noise was all about, and after days of digging around for the perfect kit, I found Domestic Vapor's website. Cynthia (guessing she's the one running the show) has one helluva deal on a 510 starter kit, coming in at $25 for 2 batts, an atty, a charger, and 5 blanks. She even sells drip-tips (which I finally got to experience today...love them!).
Anyways, I require a PCC for anything I buy...Can't live without them. I also require everything to match, as I'm one of those ....-retentive, "ecig case must match iPhone and case must match ecig itself" types. While the drip-tip has a polished steel look and the "silver" kit is actually a chrome-look, the PCC kit she has only comes it black, and all it's contents (battery, atty) are black as well. I could have ordered both the PCC kit and the 2 batt 510 kit, but it would have been a total waste: I would *never* use the black parts, except for the PCC. This is the cool part: I asked if there were any way I could get *just* the PCC, and buy the 510 kit, and a drip-tip...and she made a combo package with my name on it! And no, I'm being for real: it was really called the "0smitty Kit" on Domestic Vapor's website! Now that's service!!!
With every upside, there are downsides, though. First off, my shipping address and billing address are different, as I've moved recently and my plastic was issued in a different address than where I currently reside. While the site's payment engine let me input those differences, whomever shipped my order out did not pay attention to the fact that it should have went to my house instead of my mom's. I caught this before the package was sent...maybe an hour before, because when I saw the e-mail confirmation that said "a pick-up was scheduled" and it showed it being delivered to my old address, I immediately picked up the phone in hopes of getting ahold of them so they could change the address before it got picked up.
No answer. Called them today because I wanted to order another kit (my mom, who I love very much, brought it to me today after receiving it. She ***WAS*** a smoker of 30-something years...until this afternoon when she loved that 510 kit so much that she had me explain exactly how the vaping thing works. Then my mom left with [1.] a hug from me, [2.] my 510 kit I JUST ordered, and [3.] the last of the Atomic Cinnacide sample that sherlynn was kind enough to send me. Oh, gave her some VaporBomb green apple too, she really likes that stuff too. Even though I don't get to enjoy my 510 now, I *do* get to enjoy the fact that my mom, a 2.5 pack/day smoker with all sorts of bad health crap, has jumped aboard the vaping bandwagon at full-steam thanks to a shipping error. )
So, in conclusion: Domestic Vapor is a ***GREAT*** place to do business!! They sell really nice stuff, at a damn good price, and go the extra mile to do custom things for their customers! Cynthia even overnighted 510 attys from China just so we could order them from her! I'm guessing the shipping thing was just a little mistake (that turned out awesome), so the only thing they need to do in order to become one of the greats in the industry is ANSWER THE BLASTED PHONE!

(P.S. Cynthia, if you're reading this...Could you *pretty-please* put up another "0smitty kit" so I can order another one...I gave mine to my momma, and what little time I spent with it before she left was awesome! Thanks a ton!!
