Don't give up

I've been vaping on and off for about 3 weeks. When I first got my ego and some strong tobacco flavored cartomizers I hated it and just about gave up. I then ordered several small bottles of various samples fron Viking Vapors. 24 mg and 70/30 PG/VG. I'm sitting at work right now vaping some mint flavor that I love-my boss doesn't mind-she smokes (outside). I'm still smoking analogs-3/4 pack a day compared to 1 1/2 packs. My advise is to get several flavors and strengths until you find something you like. Yesterday I sat in a Microsoft training session all day with only 3 cigarettes-I stealth vaped (chocolate mint) & no one noticed! Also stay on this forum; it really helps me. I've smoked cigarettes and weed for 40 years & I really need to quit tobacco.

You might need to up your nic level a tad. Or just give it some time. Try to go cold turkey from the analogs. It's up to you. everyone is different. I found giving up my 1-1.5 PAD smoking habit super simple at 24mg e-liquid. But I also realized I had to give it a serious go considering how much money I spent on all the e-cig stuff. So I went straight off the analogs completely and into e-cigs.

It was hard at first for me too. I remember the first day I packed up my ecig and no cigarettes in the morning. I was actually depressed about it. But after a few days I no longer felt like that anymore and made the transition okay. I don't think that going from smokes to ecigs is so streamline for everyone. Its hard to get used to and you still feel out of sorts for a few days, at least that was my experience. Doing great now. Everyone that's asked about it, that's one of the first things I say. Don't give up on it, give your body a chance to adjust. I think I must have been withdrawing from something beyond the nicotine, can't say for sure but that's my opinion.

Bathroom stalls are where I go to vape at events. I just don't let any vapor go up.

Re switching to vaping - I think it helped me that I didn't even like the harsh cheap cigarettes I had been smoking the last year (ever since my favorite mellow ones had gotten too expensive at $60+/carton). So even that initial bottle of PG was almost acceptable compared to my alternative. But it left me a feeling not totally satisfied. And some smooth fruity/foody flavors of PG/VG left me craving an analog as if I had just eaten, so I now only use those to flavor tobacco juice. My old too-expensive fave analogs had cocoa in them so I was on the lookout for a tobacco flavor with cocoa and the first one I saw was BWB Casablanca and that did the trick for me. Reminiscent of my old fave analogs and a ton nicer than the remaining harsh cheap analogs I had around.
