There was an very interesting article in New York Magazine about the development process of the Njoy King. It's a great read. Check it out here :

What interest me about how it came to fruition is how the flavor itself was developed.
"NJOY hired a master flavorist whod spent his career in the tobacco industry and, using Marlboro as a model, tweaked the formula to get both the flavor and the nicotine sensation just so"
Many people who have tried the King describe it as unlike any other tobacco juice out there. It is absolutely unique in both taste and mouthfeel that goes beyond it's high nic level. It's very difficult to pinpoint the type of flavoring used mainly because its both flavorful and yet mild at the same time. What is obvious is that they charted a brand new direction that has yet to be matched by any vendor so far. Almost every eliquid on the market taste more like a leafy tobacco that provides an experience much closer to a cigar than a cigarette.
Njoy's flavorist correctly realized that a cigarette does not have that leafy tobacco aftertaste. Instead he set out to mimic the analog experience of burning paper and has largely succeeded.
It also seems that while they are not using whole tobacco alkaloids like "Aroma Ejuice", they are adding additional alkaloids beyond nicotine. Overall the expertise they brought in to develop the king has served them well.
Coincidently Aroma Ejuice is right down the street from Njoy and even has an Njoy staff member working there. The guy who works there is really cool and If he gets enough calls asking for a analog style, paper flavored tobacco eliquid, I'm sure he will see that coming up with such a product would be a good move on his part.
The demand is certainly there. Well at least from me, lol.
