Just got my order today got some of each one and WOW!
I'm so totally ruined now.
All my other juices now taste so plain. The difference between the local mixes I have and Vapetrik's is like comparing a Dunkin Heinz cake mix and one from a French pastry chef's creation!
I'm going to have to lower the nic level next time I order so I can chain vape myself in bliss!

I finished my first 10mls of the ccc today... still liking it - very refreshing... haven't got the tropical note yet...
My Dorky Stud and Coo Ca Choo were due to arrive on the 1st, but tracking shows it still in NC. Post office steeping it for me, I wish they'd open them briefly and give them a good shake.

Hey Everyone, another update from me here on both DS and Khlorine (as if I'm an afficionado...lol). As it happens I also need some advice too.
Khlorine - This ones easy, no real update to give. To me it tastes exactly the same now as it did straight outta the mail 10 days ago. It tastes great, is still the same high sweetness level but I like it. I just re-ordered a bigger bottle.
DS - Man has this one changed. The flavor has settled in a bit and has less of the note I initially didn't care for (though I can't tell you what that note was). Now it's very rich and smooth, caramelly butterscotchy with a mild tobacco undertone. Also the sweetness has mellowed a bunch too...I'm almost worried about Rip dialing it back now as it now tastes great and I wouldn't want it to be less.
Now my problem maybe someone can help with. I'm having a on and off burny flavor only when vaping the DS that just started happening in the past few days. I'm vaping out of an evic with a low res carto which is 2.1 ohms in a Cirrus pyrex tank. Up to a few days ago I was cranking it up anywhere between 4.0 volts to 4.4 volts and all was good. Now often after a few drags or a nice long one I get a bitter mild burnt flavor. I'll stop for a minute and go again and it's ok. I've taken my voltage all the way down to 3.5-3.7 range and its a bit better but the same thing keeps happening. I've changed cartos, cleaned the evic connector which gets gunked up super fast with DS and I've even changed tanks but it keeps happening. I hate it because I want to vape at 4.2 but don't want that bad flavor.
Not sure what to do...is it the juice...is it a bad batch of cartos? I'm still a noob so I'm just not sure.

At 4.4 volts you're pushing the 2.1 ohm carto over 9 watts, which may be more than it can handle. If you've singed the filler the carto will always carry a burnt flavor.
It may also be that I've heard DS gunks up coils very quickly. Once a coil develops a carbon build-up, the flavor will be effected, having a burnt flavor that's more noticable the higher you power it. Probably get better luck with a tank/clearo type device, like the bottom coil eVod, that you can dry-burn the coil when it gunks up. Cartos do best with very clean, high pg, not too sweet juices.

Jerms - thanks for the info, I'm gonna try new carto tonight and keep it around 4v and see how it does. Is there a guide or chart that tells you what wattage or voltage to use with specific ohms? Also, does low res vs standard res just mean a higher or lower ohm?
I'll check into the clearmozer, but my local B&M recently changed all their samplers from a tank/carto setup to clearomizers (not sure what brand but they are pink tanks with silver plastic ends.) Anyways, they ALL have the same burnt taste to them and one of the guys said its a common complaint with clearomizers....i dunno.
I'm mainly a dripper, so not much experience with other stuff. I used to use Boge cartos on the go, but stuck with juices that are easy on them, like Halo's mints and menthols, and kept it at around 8 watts.
With wattage, the ohms of your device isn't really important. No matter the ohms of a carto, the filler can burn if you go much above 8 watts, and if the filler is dry it will burn and be toast at any heat. The higher the ohms the higher the volts used to get the watts you want. Watts equals volts times volts devided by ohms.
I've tried clearos, and didn't like them. Only the top coil ones, and they didn't taste burnt, but were fiddly, gurgly, didn't wick well, and muted taste. The eVod I got recently is the first clearomizer or tank (never used a carto tank) that I liked. It has a very small wick, and is bottom coil. It doesn't gurgle or leak, doesn't need to be tilted to wick right, and the taste is decent. No burning taste, just a little muted compared to what I normaly use.

I see, so when you say dripping, you mean dripping into an atomizer? I have a hh 357 which I don't really love for some reason, not to mention having to drip a few drops after every couple of hits. I'm going to definitely look into the evod.
You mentioned cartos/tanks are better with high pg, so I guess that means if I ever actually get to order some Bobas it wouldn't work out to well for me in my current setup.
Ok, so I just placed another order with the request of 1/2 the sweetness of the 'stock' blends. I also requested that RipTrip contact me if he had a more appropriate plan of action. I'll continue to update my thoughts on Vapetrik juice once I try the revised versions.
I've been running 10-11 Watts on a 3 Ohm carto (in a Phiniac) (5.6V) on my custom DNA20 box mod with no problem all day.
But yes, Jerms is correct that once you singe the polyfill, the carto's done.
Low res is low ohm, which means you need less power (volts) to fire it for a satisfactory vape. Now with Wattage, it automatically sets the voltage to the carto/Ohm you're using; so you don't have to 'fiddle' with changing volts.
What PV are you using?
I'm also a dripper. I really dislike the HH.357 because of the hard, sharp hit needed. Try Avid's "Cisco Spec" bridgless 510 in 1.8 ohm.
After a while, dripping becomes relaxing and very ritualistic. I love it. The only time I don't drip is when driving or walking around.
Boba's will work in a cartotank. You just have to have a carto punch and punch the holes yourself. The 'laser cut' holes won't work because of how thick BB is and how small the laser cut holes are. Or you can try slotted cartos instead of punched.

I have a bridgeless atty on the way - can't wait to get into dripping. DS burns easily on my EVOD on an eGo. I think it's the high sugar.
It burned easily on a 2 Ohm bridgeless 510, so it's not just eVods/cartos. It's a touchy juice. Hopefully Rip dialing back the 'sugar' will help with this.
Rip: Thanks for working with us to get this flavor down pat! I think you have a winner here that needs a few small tweaks, then it will be boss!
Yep, dripping into an atty. I use rebuildable drippers now, but used to use regular atties. I didn't care for the HH357 because the fast draw required with that atty isn't how I like to vape.
With juices that gunk up a coil quick, like sweet juices and darker juices, it's nice to have a device that can be dry burned once it starts tasting burnt. Most of what I vape would last only about a ml in a carto.
