Dotmod dotbox200w issue

I just got a dotbox200w today and I found out there's a scratch and black dots like bruise on skin looks like around the screen.
I already have two dotbox75w and they're very high quality made so I decided to buy 200w but it frustrates me with low quality screen
I mailed dotmod customer support and They didn't reply me back.
Do you guys think there's way I can fix it??
I hope dotmod has nice customer service

No idea without a photo, but hopefully Dotmod will get back to you. Did you try contacting the vendor you bought it from. As it's brand new they might very well do an exchange for you.

I bought brand new one and the crazy thing about shop I bought is they asked me to pay shipping fee to send it back to the shop. That's why I try to contact headquarter of Dotmod
