Not sure if anyone has tried this but just got it twisted up and had to share.
2x 32g twisted. Two 12"strands. Then twisted them together.

Will update with results.

I have done double and enjoy both. Double is approximately 30 ga and triple about 28.
I am too fat fingered to use the small stuff without twisting and I like it much better.

A little different. Twisting already twisted wire together. So double twisted would essentially be a total of 4 wires together. I don't have any 24 or 26 gauge wire, but I'd say it's around that. It's significantly larger than 28g.
After a decent break in period it's still performing well, I need to try it on some different juice. Gravity seems to be inconsistent around 20+ watts, least for me.

And I've been thinking about braiding some together, but I don't really know how to braid. Maybe next project will be twisted braided wire o.0

I do a quad twisted 32 coil today. did 7 wraps on a 5/64 for a .7 coil.

My thoughts, took to long to heat up and gave a cool vape and dropped throat hit. Produces good vapor but cant say it was much better if any then my regular 6 wrap of 28ga.

Might try a triple twist of 32 and see how that is, should be closer to 28?

1/16 id here... micro style... but then i suppose what you are using it on will make a big dif? even a 8strand of 32g for me heated up str8 away! so

im not 100% on the equivalent gauges as the tightness of the twists also make a dif.... i prefer not to twist to tight anymore, i think the more gaps and randomness the better the vape, hence why i started braiding my wire instead of twisting ;)
