I'm pretty sure most people know or have seen how to make twisted chain wire but for those who aren't familiar here's a quick run down of how I did these two twisted wires

Both were used with 32g that was torched

Chain twisted:
I twisted two strands with the drill counter_clockwise until it stopped reeling in(as tight as I could get it) and then folded it in half and cut it, with those two strands while keeping them parallel and tight before beginning to spin the drill; I then twisted them slowly clockwise(the opposite way they were twisted the first time) and I emphasize slowly, once the wire started opening/ separating at the twist points I waited until it was uniform threw out the wire and then took flat toothless pliers(see pic) added some juice for lubrication and spun the wire in the drill while applying minimum pressure with the pliers and I did this multiple times(7-10 times) to make the edges flat so it would have a authentic chain look and I could of even done it a few more times

The second twisted wire:
It was done the exact same way only not twisted as far the second time, and was not spun in the pliers

Note: I rinsed and washed them with dish soap really well

That run down was a little longer then I had hoped, lol

But I plan on running these two in parallel as a single coil or in parallel with 24g wire on my Project Sub Ohm Sigelie box mod in my Mutation X v2, and I think the juice channels will hold a good amount of liquid and they'll vape pretty well (I'll comment afterwards and let everyone know) and if I do the 24g parallel (which I'm leaning towards) then I think it will almost have a 2 staged heating effect and the 24g will pull juice from the twisted channels as it will heat up first(Atleast I think it should) and deliver a insane amount of vape and flavor, I don't know....we shall see

I won't be starting this build tonight so any suggestions on build ideas with these two twisted wires is welcome

So this ended up being .12ohms and I think next time when I use the Chain Wire I'm going to wrap the 24g two more times so it's legs end up on the outside of the twisted which should bring my ohms up to atleast to .18ohms hopefully .12ohms but that reader has got to be off by a little bit because my ProjSubOhm box won't run below .15ohms so idk, I need to get a new reader, be nice to have a second one to compare too since the box doesn't show the 100th place digit, It rips pretty good, and vapes nice, just think it would be better with the 24g having two more wraps

Thanks for the explanation :) i made a couple of dif ones, first 4x32g but was a little light so did 4 x 28g and was perfect, the reason i like this is that it sends dropplets of water down the whole legnth just like 'twisted messes' zipper coils etc when you wash them in soap under the tap. :)

I've been trying to pick up some 32ga-36ga wire so I can twist triple and quad strands up - I'd lik to see a picture if you got one so I can see how it turned out, and did you twist it once and then fold it in half or cut it and then twist it the opposite way? or how did u do it?

I am doing a chimney build on my Kayfun (lite plus with modded airflow) with 31g wire twisted like this. I did 9 wraps on 2.2mm bit and the coil is almost to the top of the chimney base. I wicked with Japanese cotton and the flavor on this setup is amazing. Takes a bit to warm up but is well worth the wait.
