Yes, Tasty Vapor sells doublers.... don't know of anyone else that calls them that but others do sell zero nicotine juices...

I do know american e liquid store sells concentrated flavorings but its a little pricy($30 for 60ml). But that's the only place I get my 1 flavor from then mix the rest myself to whatever spec I want.

Tastyvapor.us Geoff is a great guy...with super low prices! I suggest steeping for about a week or use a high proof alcohol, like Everclear to speed it up. Everything is mixed to order.
