Dovpo issues

I purchased two Dovpo mods. The Riva and the Themis. Neither functioned properly upon arrival. I wrote to dovpo more times than I can count
I messaged as well. I never received a response. Does anyone have a suggestion how i can solve this issue?

Which 18650 batteries are you using with those devices? (Brand(s) and model(s) please)

Do you have/use an external battery charger? (brand and model, please)

Could you please explain the issues you are having with the Themis and Riva devices.

Tried calling them? The internet is your friend. The cigarette industry finally killed th CASA apparently, and dovepo is arguably “competition” so they may be in the process of exploding as well.

The cigarette industry’s official unofficial slogan is “we’re a nicotine delivery service” which I've always felt pretty self-serving. I think the real one is “we don’t care who or what gets destroyed or what long term damage we cause. If it gets in the way of maximizing profit we kill it by any means necessary. Sociopaths FTW”
