A few years back, when Dr. Drew and psycho Mike were airing in my area, they discussed eCigs & were very hopeful about their promise to help smokers Transition. They were cautionary, yet encouraging. Even a coma induced patient could see the potential with eCigs, to help smokers quit smoking, with LESS ingredients that harm them.

The funny thang about those money hungry orgs? If and when they ever pass a flat tax, the vapabolics Shinyitis freaks will make them richer than they ever dreamed, & on a consistent basis at that! Well, not so much the ANTZ, but the states, towns and cities definitely.
