    I don't think you need it. Don't you have a receipt? Some kind of a proof of purchase?

    Also, did you by any chance get a leak from the pod into the battery? It will kill it.
    Green light indicates a full charge so I don't think it is the battery. Probably the coil/pod.

    I unfortunately have no proof of purchase but I put in a new pod. No leaks but I have seen other people have been having this same issue

    Did you try to turn the power off? Recharge? I have no idea what to tell you. If no spill, then it sounds like a glitch.

    Have you read the manual?
