DRAGBAR B3500 Disposable Kit Review

I have been noticing of late that there seems to be more and more prefilled disposable kits coming out, with some “smart” features on them. And by that, I mean having an indicator of battery life and e-liquid capacity remaining.

This new kit from Voopoo/Dragbar is one of those, the Dragbar B3500!

I previously reviewed the ICEWAVE X8500, of which this new Dragbar really reminds me of in features and appearance, including these smart features.

But before we get into it, here’s a quick rundown of its specs:

  • Dimensions at around 77 x 42 x 26 mm. It’s a little on the thick side but easily fits the palm of my small(ish) hands, making it very handy and ergonomic.
  • 500 mAh battery.
  • Features an updated mesh coil with a resistance of 1.0 ohm.
  • 8 mL of e-liquid capacity, for up to 3500 puffs.
  • Has a USB-C port at the bottom for charging.
  • As for smart features, it has a big digital LED screen that displays battery life and remaining e-liquid capacity.
The plastic shell is transparent, reminiscent of the “jelly” pod kits we’ve seen in the last year or so. This shell gives a view into a patterned and colourful inner body with kit and flavour information. The flat mouthpiece is comfortable, with a shape that accommodates the lips.

There is no airflow control, but the device gives off a just-right medium and warm-ish MTL vape, which is quite nice especially with the iced flavours. Air intake is from a small (~1 mm) hole at the base, going to the coil and out through the mouthpiece. The bottom is also where the USB-C port is located.

The Dragbar B3500 is a plug-and-play device; just take it out of the pack and vape away! There are no buttons for customisation or operation, making its operation very simple.

The front of the device features the large LED screen which lights up with every puff to show battery life (in percentage) and e-liquid capacity (in coloured diminishing bars) left in the kit. Of course, with this helpful screen, it was quite easy for me to estimate how long it would take for my device to charge and if the e-liquid remaining can last me the whole day!

The Dragbar B3500 comes in 16 flavours, with the following sent to me for this review: Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Banana, Fresh Mint, Vanilla Casta Tobacco, and Blackberry Ice.

Vanilla Casta Tobacco gives the taste of sweet tobacco with mint, and Fresh Mint is quite sweet on the tongue although too minty for someone like me. Strawberry Kiwi, Blackberry Ice, and Strawberry Banana are my picks of the lot I was sent with their nice fruity flavours that are well-balanced between sweetness and cooling.

Final Thoughts:

As a mid-puff prefilled disposable, you can’t really go wrong with choosing the Dragbar 3500. These devices give amazing flavour that are consistent with each puff. The smart features also hook me in, particularly because I will be using this device a good week or so, with the way I vape and its expected puff life.

My sincerest thanks again to Voopoo/Dragbar for allowing me to review these products!
