Agree w/ DC that it probably needs to be cleaned.

I do a little preventative maint every few days...the one for my all day vape I use at least 8 hrs/day, over a month and it works like the 2nd day I started using it.

I just blow them out...hot water spray rinse w/ my kitchen sprayer...blow out the water...reprime w/ juice...replace cart (I keep them matched)...vape a few drags to clear out the water. Whole thing takes less than a minute for each atty.

Not sure if this system works...maybe I've just been lucky. But I'll keep doing this until I experience otherwise.

Really simple and no-brainer once you get in a routine.

well wait, what was the draw like before? has it always been stiff? or is it progressively getting stiffer?

I would have to agree that more information would be helpful. Is the draw worse than before, but it's still producing plenty of vapor? In my short experience, flooding the atty can reduce draw and reduce vapor. If both are happening, perhaps you're atty is flooded and you need to blow a little juice out.

Some people who post here have what appears to me to be the equivalent of a Masters degree in vaping. If you could be more detailed, your symptoms can usually be diagnosed fairly quickly. I suppose it would be like going to a doctor and telling him that you don't feel as well today as you did yesterday, and hoping he/she will ask all the right questions so that your symptoms can be sorted out.

No disrespect intended. I'm new here and have no problem posing questions as I learn, but I try to describe the circumstances and symptoms sufficiently in hopes that it would simplify and expedite the diagnosis. If this is going to work, I need quick, well-considered answers. I try to make my questions sufficiently detailed to avoid solutions that have already been tried and solutions that have nothing to do with the actual problem. Saves me time.

sorry I was not that clear. The atty used to work great, but now has a difficult draw. I did try to clean it out, but perhaps will give that another try. The liquid used was a thick VG, so maybe that's the culprit.

Thanks for your help!

Get a tissue or paper towel and blow into the open end of the atty. Blow until it is clear, then set the atty thread side down on the towel and let it drain overnight. Your atty should be fine by tomorrow. When you try it, drip twice on it before you fill your cart and try it. Let us know if that works for you.

I know a friend who got high voltage fluid from nhaler that is a little too thick for the 510 and gunks it up. May want to water it down a bit if its high voltage stuff.
My main juice is the NHaler High Voltage RY4 and I use it on my 510 without any problems.
But I am using it at true 3.7v on my Chuck instead of the 3.1v that the stock 510 batteries put out.

Also, I do blow it out every morning to get old juice out of there.
And I do clean it fairly often to keep it running at peak performance.
