Drawtube makeover?

So I was searching around the internet for gold mechanical mods and came across this.

DS Telescope Gold Mechanical Mod Stainless Steel Mod Only - Advance Kit

At first glance, I thought "this looks like a high end mod that's worth the price tag" until I saw the other pictures. This thing is just a gold plated Drawtube from Beautiful!

I have the Drawtube, and so I took it apart and compared it to the picture of all the parts, and they're EXACTLY the same, every single detail!

Just thought I'd share.

nice find. its so gold it hurts my eyes, but the top and bottom caps and maybe the button would look good on my drawtube.

Not many details on the gold plating there. I wonder if it's actual gold, and the thickness of the plating.
