Has anyone tried the
Dream Stainless Steel rba on a Reo Grand?


I've been looking into my first rebuildable and was hoping for easy, affordable, and small. I know the A7 is said to work but this lil guy caught my eye. I've just no idea if it'll fit.

Damn. It is sealed. It won't work on a REO bottom feeder. Like I said. Damn.

It looks like it might be a little too large in diameter to work without an adapter, even if it wasn't sealed. Too bad, nice price!

When I search for standard atty's or RBA's for use with my bottom feeding REO's, I stay away from anything that states it's "sealed" (without a center post hole) or when they state something similar to "use/made for dripping". If the picture of it doesn't show a center post hole, then I won't buy it unless it states it's for bottom feeders or unsealed.

Its a great dripping atty, but as others have stated it is sealed. Curiously enough, I saw this video posted months ago. I think its the first time I saw an RBA on a REO and it got my head spinning.

Seems like it was modded for bottom feeding, but try as I might I never could get much info on it. I emailed Chris (the maker of the Fatty) and he said he might have something someday but I never heard back or followed up with him. I've heard a few rumors of a BF Fatty but of course they haven't panned out.

Thanks you all for the info. I am coming straight from for world of Cartomizers and Clearomizers so the RBA is all still so new to me. I have one Hybrid BF atty from Vapage that has lasted well over double the time any carto I had. I think that sold me on not going back to Carto's or awhile.
