Yes it does give it better vape.....:vapor:
I drill mine out to 1.5 mm. for a single coil while also putting a drop of crazy glue over the other one if it has second hole..

use a cobalt drill bit in a drill press (slow speed) and use cutting oil if you have - hold it securely so you don't get the bit to run off.. or bend and break.
the metal is very hard on these..

I drilled mine out recently to 5/64 using a hand drill with a slow speed and Cobalt drill bit after using two cheap ones (what I can only imagine wood drill bits) that broke on me about half way through the drilling process and used some WD40 as a lubricant. I also heard that Coca Cola works pretty well as a lubricant as well when drilling out air holes but I have yet to try it out. It vapes very well now and I can now use it again in my daily rotation if my trident clone decides to break on me again. It's rocking a single 0.6 ohm 24 gauge microcoil right now and it produces great flavor, although it does tend to heat up the whole unit quite warm if I chain vape it. IMO good quality flavor can still be generated depending on the wire you are using in your build and if you have it wicked properly. I am getting better flavor and bigger clouds, despite not being a cloud chaser, now than I was before and it doesn't feel like I'm trying to suck a golf ball through a coffee straw anymore I just prefer a more airy draw on my devices.

Would like to thank all those who responded. Finally get the nerve to drill mine out, both holes, to 1/16. Can't believe how much better it is. Will probably still use the KFL+ as my go to because I appreciate the convenience. But it will be nice to have the IGO-W for something different on occasion or for testing new flavors as I like to play around with my own mixes.
