Drilling out a fogger v4?

Just picked up a fogger v4.1 from eciggity (technically it's like 4.5 or something).

It really needs to be drilled out. Any tips from you guys? Possible? Google and ECF searching came up empty.

528 custom vapes has drilled them out, they sell them so not sure if they would give you the details on doing it yourself.
