I find dripping to be very annoying and wasteful. I wish I could get carts to work well. Cartos are great, but I like the vapor better from a "real" atty and cart setup. I also hate my drip tip it's metal, nickel plated i think. I get a bad metal taste in my mouth and have to put a sleeve over it to help. I wish i had bought a nylon one.

I've never heard of that pipe filter mod. I think I want to try that.

I use the straw mod with blue foam plug mod and it works very well. No leaks, flooding, or any other issues. Don't have to refill too often either. I use a DSE 801 and can get about 20 drops in an empty cart which lasts me about half a day or more. I cut my blue foam plug .5" x .5". I don't get any bad taste from the blue foam either, like I got from the stuff that came with the carts.

I was thinking of doing this. I like the straw mod and ordered blue foam. are you doing the dart method or the straw up the side?
